Sean has over 10 years of experience in business ownership and property management.  He has worked with a diverse range of property types - from single-family, to apartments, to commercial - and understands the challenges and opportunities that come with each.  Sean brings a level of dedication and drive for high quality in everything he does. 

Jim brings a wealth of real estate knowledge and experience to our team.  He has worked in real estate for over 15 years and has assisted numerous individuals and investors on a variety of property acquisitions and sales.  Jim's energy and passion is one of the indispensable aspects to our company's success.

Chris is an attorney licensed in several states and brings a high level of focus to our operations.  He has an unyielding demand for excellence and his unique skillset ensures our operations and structure are geared to produce effective and efficient results.  Chris also plays a leading role in assistance with client and tenant relations as well as legal compliance.  

Josh is our man at the helm!  He facilitates day-to-day operations such as property leasing, managing property maintenance, as well as client and tenant communications.  He understands that being attentive to our clients' and our tenants' needs is what sets us apart.  Josh's meticulous detail-focused approach is one of the primary reasons why our quality of service is second to none.
